Terms of Service - Outboxer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Outboxer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Outboxer on the number of devices specified in your license tier. This license is for your personal or business use only.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
Use the software for any unlawful purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Share or distribute your license key

4. Updates

Your license includes updates for the period specified in your license tier (1-3 years). After this period, the software continues to work, but you will not receive new features or updates unless you purchase an update extension.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Outboxer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the software is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Outboxer within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies. Sections regarding liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
